Russian youngsters love comic books, TV shows, video games and science fiction just as much as young people anywhere in the world. Russian Comic Con attracts people from all over who design costumes of their favorite characters, apply elaborate makeup and make lightsabers from LED lamps. Comic Con is not just a festival for freaks and geeks – it's a celebration of DIY culture and creativity in our crazy postmodern times.
